Well everyone is able to apply no matter if you got the full student loan or the lowest bracket; everyone is assessed on their each individual information provided. The only criteria is that you must be a home student (e.g. be a UK citizen) and have applied for your student loan. Where is the catch if there is one? ......well there is only a certain amount of money in this pot and once it’s gone well its gone, so it’s first come first served.The processing of your application takes about 6 or so weeks give or take so its not a quick fix cure for your finances but it is better than nothing.
